7in - Bizarros - Laser Boys b/w A New Order (original Clone Records stock)
The Bizarros sound much tougher on their 1978 "Laser Boys" single than they did on their debut 45. We love 'em both equally, but fans of the harder side of rock will probably dig the more confrontational sound of "Laser Boys" and "It Hurts, Janey" to the more laid back Verlaine-iness of the debut EP. The picture sleeve on this one is a total bonus too. Punk purists would probably shy away from calling this 'punk', but we think it sounds pretty goddamn good no matter what you call it. We highly recommend this single along with everything else the Bizarros did in the 20th century. Word from the source is that the Bizarros records are the least abundant of all the remaining vintage Clone releases. Get one now while you still can.
